Whether I’m climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with my son, fundraising for a girl’s school in Tanzania, or leading a team of volunteers for the National Business Marketing Association, I believe in giving life my all. I bring this same spirit of leadership, inspiration, and passion to my coaching.

Who I am

As an Executive Coach, I’ll work with you to bring forth your greatest potential. I’m passionate about your success—and you’ll see it in my coaching style. I coach from my head and my heart. I use powerful and intuitive questions to trigger “ah-ha” moments—those flashes of insight that can shift your perception in an instant and lead to new actions and results.

I have a private studio on an urban farm where my client’s fly-in to work with me one-on-one for two-day, deep-dive Accelerators™. I also provide worldwide one-on-one coaching services by phone, video conference, and in-person here in the Boulder/Denver metro area.

My deepest purpose is to awaken more love, care, kindness and humanity inside the workplace.

Where I’ve been

After 25 years in managerial and executive leadership roles in the business-to-business technology and services space, I made the decision to change my life by working to transform the lives of others. I completed Newfield Network’s Certified Coach Training program on mastering the art of professional coaching and achieved the designation of Newfield Certified Coach (NCC). Newfield Network is globally recognized as one of the founding schools of the coaching profession and regarded as a leader for developing the methodologies that have become known as Ontological Coaching. 

I have been coaching, consulting and facilitating leadership workshops for individuals, small businesses and Fortune 100 companies for well over a decade now.

What motivates me

I am committed to continuing to learn and grow. I have attended several experiential growth retreats, such as The Hoffman Institute, Being a Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership and Syzygy’s Equine Leadership Coaching. I’ve learned from some of the very best in the coaching business including Byron Katie, Werner Erhard, and George Pransky. I have also completed many leadership and sales training courses throughout my career. 

I invest in my own personal growth. I believe in the power of coaching and retain the services of Steve Chandler, a world-class coach for my own growth, strategy, and inspiration. I have also attended several Coaching Mastery Intensives around the country throughout each year. I am a founding member of Rich Litvin’s 4PC, a highly curated mastermind group of the top 4% of coaches.

What I do best

Today, my practice is entirely focused on one-on-one deep coaching and facilitated workshops. My clients are high-performing corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and executive coaches who are committed to reaching their greatest potential, make their own unique difference in the world and leave a magnificent legacy for generations to come. 

Together, we create a lasting positive impact for themselves, their teams, and the organizations that employ them. That’s because my coaching is acutely tuned to both professional and personal growth. So my clients maximize their potential as leaders AND as human beings. And 99% of what I do is help them find the profound abilities they already possess. By the end, they can affect change through their verbal and body language, a deep understanding of their own physiological reactions, and the mastery of their moods and emotions.

My passions

I originally moved to Colorado from Washington state to spend a winter skiing in the mountains. I fell in love with Colorado and made it my home. I have a special connection with horses and often use them as part of my leadership coaching. I love traveling, studying people, and learning about other cultures. You’ll find that I’m always up for the next big adventure—whether it’s at the top of a mountain or the bottom of the sea. 

I am the co-author of two books, Unconventional Wisdom: Stories Beyond the Mind to Awaken the Heart and a book on coaching, When All Boat Rise: 12 Coaches on Service as the Heart of a Thriving Practice. 

I have two adult children who grew up in Boulder County, a wonderful life partner Alex and an office dog Jax. Each of them inspires me every single day!
