My Clients Say It Best.

And the Results Speak Volumes.

I found Karen at a time when I needed to focus forward and get clear on my path, both professionally and personally. Immediately, her perspective and language resonated with me. She shared practices that were familiar and re-affirming and powerful. I knew I was in the right spot working with her.

I really appreciated how openly and quickly she shared tools and techniques that I could practice and learn them myself. Not only was I able to share these experiences and improve with her guidance but also put them to use immediately with measurable results. I use them every day.

Her coaching opened up a world of possibility and allowed me to shift my perspective and to focus on my most important relationships and my future path. What I love most about working with Karen is her ability to dance between the pragmatic, no nonsense business world and the intuitive wisdom of the spiritual world. She has gained a level of Mastery observing and guiding as a coach and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to someone who is ready to change and grow.

—Josh Morin, CEO, Taddiken Tree Company

I’ve come a long way in my coaching with Karen: I’ve grown more conscious as a man, a husband, a son, a father and a coach to my own clients. I now contribute at a much higher level. A testament to my progress is that I feel much more grounded and present, my family is strong, my clients are happy, and my ROI in the first year alone is 4x my investment.

In my experience of being coached by Karen, she always comes from a place of love. Of course, we talk left brain strategy and tactics, but those are secondary. Karen holds space for me as a whole individual. She believes in a holistic approach. There is so much grace to her, and she weaves her magic from deep within… from the place of BEING.

I am grateful and fortunate for the opportunity to be one of her coachees. She is truly a World-Class Coach in every sense of the word.

—Yanush Cherkis, Executive Coach

I was one-year into a new job and a new life in the city where I had grown-up but had not lived in for more than 25 years. While I loved my work team and the organization, loved my new faith community and reconnecting with old friends while making some new friends, I was feeling overwhelmed by all of my responsibilities and the demands on my time, I was feeling disconnected from God and wondering if I would ever find the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with and who wanted the same with me. A friend had been working with a coach for several years and the change in his life was evident. He helped me to connect with Karen. I interviewed several potential coaches and chose Karen because of her willingness to give of herself before we signed any agreement. I especially appreciated that she asked me to provide, in writing, my objectives for the coaching experience. I love that Karen seeks to create a partnership with her clients.

Working with Karen helped me to recognize that our stressors are caused by our own thinking and I can eliminate my own stress by recognizing it, looking for the real source of it and seeking to address what is typically an underlying issue. One thing that was causing me angst was a perception from family and friends that I was “too busy” for them. Karen helped me to recognize that they feel that way because I project that idea through the language I use when talking with them. I can change their perception if I change my language. Following that conversation, I have been more aware of the language I use when talking to those I love. While my time with Karen has ended, she provided me with the tools to continue the work of becoming the person I want to be with God, with my family/friends and at work.

Karen has been great to work with. She will challenge you, guide you, encourage you and, when necessary, give you a healthy reprimand to move in the direction of becoming the person you want to be. While I am not there yet, I am on my way!

Karen Davis delivers the unusual and remarkable gift of being a human divining rod. So often, we know what we need to do but we don’t do it. Or we are overwhelmed by the various considerations and we become paralyzed, or worse, half-heartedly pursue a path, not giving it our full passion and purpose. Even in those times, we likely know what we need to do—but we cannot “hear or feel” what our decision should be and so we don’t commit to it with our full energy.

Karen has the gift of helping you tap into yourself—sourcing the answers that are within you—or helping you to expose the information you know you need to consider. She truly is your personal divining rod, helping you to find the source—find the answer—and pushing you to be the best version of yourself in your pursuit.

Karen tries to take no credit for playing this invaluable role. She claims it is all within you. And here I say, this is why she truly is like a divining rod. We know there is water to be found—but we cannot always find it—or even know where to start looking. She helps you to find the answers within yourself, empowering you to commit to your purpose with 100% clarity and passion.

—Jennifer Fondrevay, VP, Marketing & Communications, Apollo Education Group

I came to Karen Davis Coaching as a confident, self-assured manager with experience and comfort in my position. However, I was experiencing some challenges in my managerial soft-skills and believed that once my blindspots were revealed I would be able to handle certain situations better and continue to excel in my position for the organization. Karen helped open my eyes so that I was able to see things that were hiding in plain sight. She evoked insights that were profound for me, and have since altered my perspective on human interactions.

I have incorporated many of the principals that I learned while coaching with Karen into all aspects of my life, and I am already reaping the rewards. Karen has made me a better person, and for this, I will always be grateful.

How does my energy affect those around me?

This was just one of the things that I learned about myself while attending “Leadership Through the Eyes of the Horse”. I was invited by Karen Davis, and knowing Karen, signed up immediately. I knew that it would be something powerful that would benefit me for the rest of my life. I was right.

I made a career move about 6 months prior to my experience and it is ever-evolving. I had some other signs the week leading up this event that left me with some questions about moving into more of a leadership role. I presented the horses with this question throughout my time with them and got very clear guidance. It became clear to me that I already have the qualities that I need and that the only way forward is with confidence.

I would recommend this event to anyone that can open their mind and heart to a new experience. Not only will you make some new friends (human and animal!) but you will also meet a side of yourself that you did not know existed. You will also unravel emotions that might have been hiding for decades. It’s hard to explain, but the two words that I would use in summary would be POWERFUL and UNIQUE. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you should consider for yourself.

Karen has been an excellent addition to my personal development team. Karen’s direct approach, combined with her deep intuition, has been a perfect balance for helping me uncover opportunities for personal improvement.

Over the last year, we have focused on developing a clear “personal brand” for me; that activity touched on every part of my life, and drove me to deeply consider my motivations and approaches, and has led to some very profound changes across many aspects of my life. I look forward to what is next in my partnership with Karen!

—Tom Wilmering, Director of R&D/Medtronic, Minimally Invasive Therapies Group

Before I met Karen Davis, I was stuck. Stuck in career. Stuck in relationships. Stuck in a sense of self-worth. I felt haunted by unrealized potential. I was living a life based on “supposed to” rather than “want to”. I was “successful” on one side of the coin, but wildly unfulfilled on the other.

Then I hired Karen, and that all changed.

Today I have new clarity and a sense of purpose. My marriage is better. My relationships with my kids are better. I have deeper connections with a whole new echelon of friends. I’m more accepting of the unfamiliar and the unexpected. I’m more emotionally fluent, more present, more courageous, and more content with who I am and what I’m doing every day.

I don’t want to convey that this type of personal transformation is easy. You will face your fears. You will be asked tough questions. You will learn first-hand that courage is the result of an action, not the other way around. You will be put in a position to be successful, but ultimately it’s up to you to do the work. With Karen by your side, you will feel appropriately challenged, empowered, and loved all at the same time and the payoff is priceless.

If Karen has a superpower (and she does) it’s a profound ability to connect at a deeply intuitive level, and wisdom to coach you in a way that uniquely resonates—with you. She taps-in with such focus and personal attention, you’d swear you were her only client. Yet she does this for the breadth of clients she serves. I don’t know how she does it, but I’m deeply thankful to have been the beneficiary of it. She’s a phenomenal coach and human being.

If you’re looking to take your life or your career to the next level, consider giving Karen Davis a call. And if you’d like to speak with me personally, ask her to put us in touch. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

—Nathan Koonce, Entrepreneur

My six months of coaching with Karen was the most transformative experience of my life. For context, I’m a very ambitious individual who was feeling stuck and second-guessing my career path. I sought advice in many forms, including books, webinars, and even therapy. A trusted friend who had coached with Karen, and whom I greatly admire personally and professionally introduced me to her.

Karen graciously gave me an experience of her coaching first, so we both could determine whether or not we were the right fit for one another. That initial experience made me realize the power of her insightfulness, intuition, and guidance. I made the decision to invest in myself through coaching and chose an approach that felt like I’d get a much higher return on my investment than further institutional education. Karen challenges you, expands your perception of what’s possible, and carefully works with you to uncover your full potential.

The insights I had and our discoveries, aided me to become an elevated version of myself with an entirely new perspective on the realm of possibilities. She helped me uncover the more empowered owner that was dwelling inside, which has benefited both my personal and my professional life. She walked me through the navigation of a major promotion and pay raise, effectively giving me a 200% return on my original investment with her. I have every intention of working with Karen again to continue building my leadership qualities and polishing my business acumen. Any person who has or once had big dreams and goals, but currently feels underwhelmed or like they aren’t living up to their full potential, should consider working with Karen. You will love and respect the person you become and the life you build afterward.

—Scott Aller, Director of Client Development – Arts and Theatres, Ticketmaster

I have had several executive coaches over the years, and without question, Karen stands out from the rest. She has provided me with an incredibly transformative experience over the past two years.

We worked on my personal life, finances, family matters, time management, and career. I felt like I could bring anything into my coaching sessions with Karen and by the end, I had greater clarity and a plan of action. She also helped me unlock my limiting beliefs and perceived obstacles.

Karen has a deep, gentle and intuitive approach to her coaching. She would not give up until I was able to have an insight or ‘aha’ moment. She did not judge me nor did she provide me with the answers. She was simply an expert at leading me to my desired path.

This work has been foundational and has helped me to excel in my life and career. I have had an incredible experience working with Karen. My professional and personal life have improved over time. I am more confident and prepared to face whatever life is throwing at me today. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me and my family. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Karen Davis to anyone who is considering hiring an amazing executive coach – hands down.

I have had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Karen this past year. I was immediately drawn to her because her way of looking at life was exactly what I needed in a coach and mentor.

Karen has the passion, commitment, insightfulness and capability to coach the whole person—not just an executive, or a mother, daughter, wife or person who needs guidance, but ALL those aspects. Her intuition was a tremendous asset as a coach because she was able to help me take apart the internal layers in order to get to the root cause of issues and then guide me toward my own inner wisdom.

I was having a lot of personal conflict due to sudden and tremendous changes in my life that had me questioning who I was, where I was and where I needed to go. It was affecting both my professional and personal life and as a result put me in a place where I couldn’t see or assess the ‘bigger picture’ and at times, even the management of my day-to-day.

With Karen’s effective coaching style and weekly challenges, she was able to bring me into a place of strength, light and a holistic sense of purpose and passion. Karen’s spark was the light I needed – she brought me to a place where I truly know that the obstacles life has given me does not define me.

Thanks to the tools that Karen gave me with her beautiful style of coaching. I am much more empowered and know that I will continue to build my future with tremendous fulfillment and happiness both professionally and personally.

—JoAnne Murphy, Marketing Executive, Fortune 500 Company

I hired Karen to come in and meet with my direct reports and leadership team to introduce and educate them on how to Lead by Agreement. I can say that this was one of the best two-hour team coaching sessions I’ve experienced. My team had very positive feedback, and what’s more, they started using the information Karen taught them right away! Unlike more traditional team-building exercises (those are good too), I chose to do a “get to know you lunch” with Karen and my team which put everyone at ease and on a personal level right from the start.

The one-hour coaching and teaching session was even more impactful due to this informal relationship building which really resonated with my team. I hear and see them using the Agreements language and it is now at the forefront of their minds, which is already making a difference with how they show up at work and in their worlds! I highly recommend this “power hour, or two!” to anyone leading teams in organizations!

—Laurie Addison, Senior Director, Global Marketing & Communications, Schneider Electric
