Leadership starts from the inside-out. Effective leaders ignite and inspire a shared sense of purpose. Participants of my workshops will walk away with a better understanding of who they are as a person and how they show up for the organization–and for one another. 

My workshops are very interactive. I pride myself on the ability to create a space where no one dozes off and no one is distracted. I can show up with a PowerPoint presentation, but I promise you it won’t be more than seven slides. 

All of my workshops are experiential and include exercises and role-playing. I facilitate and coach courageous volunteers in front of the room. I believe learning and new skills are most memorable when they are created through powerful experiences and in the moment.

I have several different programs that I offer. I also have the ability to custom curate a program specifically for your organization. Here are just a small sample of my most popular workshops:

  • Leading by Agreement. You’ll learn how to have a deeper understanding of how to increase your overall effectiveness and productivity through the co-creation of agreements. Participants learn how to drop expectations and consciously create powerful spoken agreements with their colleagues. This is a distinction that can be translated into all areas of the organization, as well as the participants’ personal life.

     

  • Being a Decisive Leader. Learn the difference between asking and inspiring versus command and control. Participants will learn the difference between showing up as a creator versus a reactor and as an owner versus a victim. These three distinctions will empower and catapult participants into becoming much bolder and having greater clarity in their decision-making processes.

     

  • The Art of Inner Leadership. We live in a fast-paced, technology-driven world. The day-to-day demands of juggling a full-time career, family and personal needs can often feel overwhelming. The constant drive to just get ahead can often leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.  Discover how mindfulness and stillness can tame your anxieties, reduce stress, and optimize your work performance.
